HAPP has done many projects for me and I call them back for more work every time because the quality is exceptional. The price is realistic and I know the work will be done to my standard and I live in a very nice custom home.
Happ Construction did a 500 SQ ft addition / 1000s SQ foot total remodel with new AC relocation and new ductwork . Initially I was worried about finding the right contractor from hearing and reading horror stories . Hassan initially came for an estimate and immediately I could tell he was a no nonsense type . He was our first estimate and we also got a second one but it was a no brainer . It just felt right to go with Happ and I'm glad we did . We planned to be out of town for at least half of the 8-10 week project . Although at first it didn't seem like a good decision to be away , Hassan reassured us he would keep us updated so we felt more relaxed . He did not disappoint . We received daily multiple phones calls and pictures on the progress and we were amazed on the work and communication . This went on to the very end . Hassan was on the job site to make sure things were in order which was also comforting to see the days we were in town . The speed the efficiency from him and his team left us amazed. Finished exactly in the time frame he gave us and if it wasn't for a week long of thunderstorms they would have beat it . It's safe to say Hassan and Happ will be on speed dial for future projects . INCREDIBLE work from Happ , future homeowners I know you will not regret to choose them !!!
Lynn not only gained my confidence as my realtor, but also as a new friend while trying to find our forever home.
